cancer?

Hello ladiesi am kinda embarrassed to ask but  I have a question, when I am having personal time with myself I notice a large lump on the inside of my vagina I want to say more to the left side, I am a very small person so my fingers are about half the length of a pen or if I had to guess maybe 3 inches? And the lump is able to touch my whole finger tip with that so I'd say about 3 inches in? Is this normal? Again sorry for too much information on this I just don't know if this is normal or not
