painful boobsssssss
My 3 week old is breast fed. At night my husband does the first feed of expressed milk and then I continue the rest. The last couple of nights my breast becomes so full and very sore!
Obviously I've decided to get my husband to do a feed so I can catch up on sleep so I don't want to wake and express whilst he feeds.
Will my breasts sort themselves into this routine or is it pointless in even trying?
