will the dreams go away

I had a missed miscarriage last week and ended up getting a d & c Friday. When I knew I was pregnant and the baby was alive I would have very vivid dreams about the baby but tonight I had the most vivid I've ever had. I had two little girls and the one was just gripping to my chest and falling asleep. It felt so real, almost like I can still feel it. I woke up balling my eyes out. I just want these kind of dreams to go away. Does anyone else have a problem with this?
