Still waiting to pass our baby.

My husband and I found out a week ago today that we had lost the baby.

The doctor said we were two weeks further than we thought but that the baby was growing abnormally and that's most commonly seen in miscarriages.

I asked her twice how sure she was. She said while nothing in medicine is 100%...She was 100% sure.

She gave us some information then and there about ways to 'take care' of the baby but I can't imagine taking pills or getting a D&C.

I want to pass the baby naturally but now I'm wondering how long that will be.

I feel like a coffin for my unborn baby.

I got back today to reconfirm and ask some seriously hard questions.

The lack of information on miscarriage is terrifying.

I had no idea my pregnancy could become septic and that a D&C or mediation may be necessary.

This was our first child. My husband is completely destroyed. I'm stuck in nightmares about finally passing our baby.
