BFF TTC

So my friend started TTC I've given her all my pointers and thins that haven't worked for us(I know everyone's different) she's not really in a place to have a baby but that's not my business...anyways, she's been buying baby stuff like a lot, has spent her last bit of money on it. Is this normal?? Should I be concerned? How do I go about it? Any advice would be great!!
