any other mommies-to-be that are also foster mommies?

Me and my husband are foster parents (in Arkansas).  I'm wondering how you deal with the stress of fostering along with being pregnant.  This is my first pregnancy and I feel like I'm spinning my wheels and about to go crazy with these kids and DHS.  I'm also still dealing with the heartbreak of our first placement going home when I KNOW deep down in my heart it wasn't safe.  Can anyone offer any advice?  We aren't going to stop fostering unless I end up with medical issues (fingers crossed I won't) because me being pregnant doesn't stop the fact that there are over 300 kids in our area alone that need loving homes and families.
