she trapped me in the bathroom?!

I was walking into the bathroom holding my two month old daughter with my hand on her butt, while she was up against me, shaking a toy in my other hand to keep her from screaming. When this lady comes out of the stall and begins to say all the normal stuff people say when seeing a baby... "Aww, so cute, how old is she" so I smile and tell her how old she is. Then she proceeds to move In front of the changing table so I can't change her and tells me to put my hand on her back and that I'm being too wreckless with my child. I then tell her that she's fine and I need to keep shaking the toy to keep her from screaming, she THEN PROCEEDEDS TO start gabbing for the toy telling me it doesn't matter and I'm being a terrible mother. So after that I back up to leavw because I don't wanna deal with it and she freaking stands in front of the door and tells me that I need to put my hand on her back or else she's going to call CPS because I'm endangering my child holding her like that. Thank god I was spending the day with my mom because she told the woman my daughter was more than fine and she was about to get a diaper change anyways... So finally the woman left but I mean JESUS! Who blocks someone from leaving and threatens to call CPS over something like that?!
