increase milk supply for pumping
My son was EBF for 10 months. Today I went back to work. I am pumping for him but I am getting next to nothing. I used to get 4-6 ounces every pump now I get 1-2 if anything. I know my son is getting enough to eat when he nurses but I'm just not producing when I pump. Any suggestions on how to increase my supply? I drink milk made tea daily.
