Help!

I'm worried that I could be pregnant. I'm on the pill but occasionally miss a day and take 2 the next day. Yesterday I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and he forgot to pull out and I'm very worried. I started my period almost immediately after we had sex but it's been dark brown the entire time when usually it's red. Today I am barely bleeding at all. Could I be pregnant?? Help!
