baby weight is lost while breastfeeding or after??

Question

I've been told that some women will lose the baby weight while breastfeeding and some women lose it when they stop? 
What do y'all think?
What's been your experience. 
6 months PP here. 10 lbs left to lose. Still breastfeeding.

I was 135lbs before I got pregnamt. I was pushing 190 lbs when I was pregnant. I am 5.5 months postpartum and exclusively breastfeeding and I'm down to 145lbs.

I think I lost all my weight while breastfeeding my first child as well.

While breastfeeding. I actually just weighed myself the other day and I'm 2 pounds under pre-pregnancy weight. Which is awesome, but I still have a lot of working out to do in order to get things back into place lol! What kills me is when you're done breastfeeding and you're still eating like you are...it's a fun adjustment period.

Going on 6 months pp next week. Was 114 and 5'7 before I got pregnant. 142 lb at my heaviest. Now down to 109 lb on a good day, and fighting hard not to lose more weight. Definitely during for me. It is a struggle, a good problem to have. But nonetheless a struggle.

I was 145lb ish during pregnancy and now I'm back to 120lb 5.5months pp and have been bf this entire time.
