Vaginal bumps and pain during sex

I've recently been having a very sharp pain during sex in one place, seems to be on the right side of my vagina, and it hurts so bad that I physically can't have sex and have to stop if I try. I also have like 3 little bumps on the same side, I tried to take a look and saw some redness, any ideas what this could be?
