Unexpected morning bath

Got up this morning and my son was playing with his teething toy in pack n play. So I go out and get his breakfast ready. Go into room to get him and he's got a little poop on his hand. Ok that's not normal. I put my glasses on and see he figured out how to take his diaper off! So he had his bath at 730 this morning and ate later than usual but it's all ok. I had a laugh and so did my hubby when I sent him pic and pointed out what was going on. Anyone else have this happen yet?
