I didn't feel anything after ovulation. I didn't have any symptoms whatsoever until about three weeks after conception.

I was on birth control when I got pregnant, so I don't know when I ovulated but I did have cramping and all my usual pms symptoms before my period was due but after it never came I decided to test and got a positive.
