recently diagnosed - PCOS

Who else out there is living with PCOS? What symptoms are you dealing with? What procedures, medications, natural remedies have you tried? I'm trying to educate myself more. I was diagnosed 2 days ago after years of battling symptoms. I feel free now that I have a diagnosis. I'm having surgery in April to remove some cysts, adhesions, and to burn the inside of my uterus to help lighten my periods. How does PCOS affect your sex life?
