So I've been trying to change my nasty eating habits and trying to eat better and be more active and I have I've been going to a personal trainer with my boyfriend and it's going good but I have the urge so just devoure food and I'm fighting the urge I'm TERRIFIED to eat something that's not the best choice and fall off track because I need to lose weight for so many reason mainly because I don't get my period regularly since I gained weight and also I hope to have a child in a few years and I want to be healthy and have a good body for when that happens
