TMI HELP

Soo recently had pretty rough sex with my usual partner and he has worn a condom and hasn't. I'm on the pill, its not as dangerous pregnancy wise, but obviously there's STDs. He said he got tested and was clean and I have no reason not to believe him. BUT after I had sex I got really itchy on the inside of my lips. There seems to be sore type things and I just want to know what they are. Please help
