kicking someone out

Okay ya'll, im having a dilema. So a guy my SO works with, lost his licence 3 days ago, so my SO offered for him to stay with us until he gets his licence back (30 days). He works in town here, but lives 40 minutes out of town..  I politely agreed and set some basic ground rules ex. cleans up after himself, no smoking in the house etc. Its been 3 days and Im already going nuts. We just moved houses so nothing is unpacked because he always wants to play xbox with my SO and nothing is set up for baby because hes sleeping on the spare bed in the babies room.. the guy doesnt shower, he drinks constantly and he always talks about getting high.. i want to tell him to get out, but idk how to go about doing it in a polite way... im due in 26 days, and my baby shower is next weekend... do ya'll think im over reacting or should i boot him out?
