acne whilst pregnant 😩

I'm currently 10 weeks pregnant and I have absolutely awful acne. Is there anything a doctor would be able to prescribe or anything you ladies have used which has worked? I feel so self conscious. Thanks for any input I'm really tearing my hair out with it!
