Help, missed one NIGHT

So i've been anxious about this for about a week now i just didn't know who to go to, i'm taking Lo loestrin Fe and i'm just finishing up my first pack, i started taking it the day i got my period so i didn't have to use alternative contraceptive. But about 2-3 weeks in i forgot to take a pill right before bed (10 pm). I woke up the next morning and immediately took it (12 hours or less). A few days later my Boyfriend and i had unprotected sex and he came in me😣. i'm on my last two pills in the pack and i still haven't gotten my period, but i heard there's a good chance in your first months of the pill periods could be unpredictable? Should i take a pregnancy test to be safe? AAAH
