Well, firstly... it was very unlikely to get pregnant. I had fertility problems in the past. Getting pregnant wasn't on my radar due to my medical problems. Just in case, though, I generally used a combo of condoms and pull out. However, this night...my now ex and I were on the edge of breaking up. It was basically our last hurrah. We were drunk, also. Apparently the condom never made it into the mix, the stars aligned and his super sperm found my one good egg and whoops. Here we are.

I had the Mirana which dislodged without my knowledge and I was pregnant within a week of waiting to get it checked at the doctor. I also got pregnant while on the pill but that was a drunken night and my fault I forgot a pill.

We use Glow and condoms as my main form of birth control. I am unable to take hormonal birth control due to PTSD/panic disorder, so we're always extremely careful not to have sex on fertile days. I tracked my fertility better than most women TTC, and this worked for me for years.
Welp, one night we had sex without checking Glow first. He checks after and says "oh shit". It's my very first green day of the month, and it says I have a 9% chance of pregnancy. I said it's no big deal, it's only 9%, I'm not worried about it, I doubt anything will happen. This is the first time ever that I have had sex anywhere near my fertile period. 
A few weeks later, I'm buying a box of tampons and decide to buy a test, too. Just to ease our minds, you know? Ha. 5 tests later and I'm finally accepting that maybe I really am pregnant. 
And now we will be meeting our little girl in a few weeks 💕

Condom broke, got plan b within 24 hours but guess other plans were in the making for us xD here I am 7 weeks pregnant. He had been away for training for 3 months prior so I joke it's his welcome home gift.

I knew i was ovulating and I went to see my boyfriend, I was sick and told him no sex and he instead had other plans, he liked role play a lot he liked for me to tell him no and push him away, so when I was being serious about it he didn't really understand. So anyways I gave in half way through and didn't tell him to pull out. He still tries to blame it on me but I initially thought I couldn't have children so I wasn't really thinking about it 🤷🏽‍♀️ Eh but we're happy.

Never had it happen personally. But condoms break, birth control fails, rape happens, I've even heard of women getting pregnant from someone ejaculating on the crotch of their panties. And in super rare cases anal sex has gotten people pregnant. So yeah, shit happens.
