PLEASE HELP!! ADVICE NEEDED

So I slept with this guy... now I like his brother. I have no Idea what to do and his brother is completely oblivious to what happened BUT I know it's wrong to lie. I also know that the body count topic will come up and If I say mine and he asks who, how do I tell him?? Please, any advice is helpful!
