Is icy hot or the recall ice cold analgesic gel safe to use I'm 9 weeks pregnant and it's 11:45pm so I don't wanna call the doctor over something so small lol just curious if it's safe!

I was told no. I would try a heating pad on the low setting or a warm bath. Muscles pains are the worst!!

I used icy hot twice in my early pregnancy, not thinking anything about it at the time. I had hurt my back bending over somehow and it was driving me crazy. I used the patches and the rub, I asked my dr about it and he said it was fine, but using it constantly or more then needed can be dangerous just because of smelling it. Try to use very little and put clothing on to cover it
