getting pregnant after vasectomy?

My husband had a vasectomy a year ago....only snipped (not burned) we were told that the procedure is reversible. I wanna know if any of you have/know someone who has gotten pregnant after having a vasectomy. We are thinking in 3 years of trying for a baby. Please no amarrada remarks about how "irresponsible" getting a vasectomy is. I have adverse reactions to birthcontrol. Hormonal and Non.

My fiancé got his reversed in April last year. I am now 10 weeks pregnant 😊

The chances of the reversal being a success depend on how long it's been since he got it done. So earlier the reversal is done the higher chance of it being successful 😊

I do not personally have experience. But my friend has. Her husband had it reversed and they successfully had a baby together. It did take a lot of time and treatment but finally blessed with a healthy baby boy.

I heard that as long as it hasn't been more than 10years, then getting pregnant after a reversal shouldn't be a problem but it does come with challenges. 
This is what the doctor told my dad when he had his done but my dad had  both cut and burned just to be sure of no more surprises  (example; my younger sister) haha

My neighbors were both fixed. So they thought they were out of the game but their last kiddo had other plans. Both their tubes had grown back.   I have heard you can try to reverse it but it's not always successful
