Pregnancy Safe for your Face

Can anyone recommend a facial moisturizer, a face wash, a body wash, and an exfoliant that are pregnancy safe or direct me somewhere where I can find this info? I have acne-prone skin that went wild when I went off the pill, but now I'm 9 weeks pregnant and I want to make sure I'm not using anything unsafe. Now I am breaking out and am pretty oily so I need some safe products that might help. I am in the US and I'm really not looking to spend an excessive amount of money, I really am looking for things I can just pick up easily at CVS or Target. Thanks!!!
