Positive test dream

Has anyone had a dream you got a positive pregnancy test and you really were pregnant? The past few weeks I've had all sorts of symptoms but then a negative test. Then my period came and it was so weird. It last only 4 out of 6 days, was mainly brown and pinkish, and only required panty liners. Then last night I had a very vivid dream of taking a test and it immediately turning positive before I even finished peeing on it and I just burst into tears. Of course I wake up and get all sad it was only a dream. But is it possible it could be coming true? I plan to see if my period comes in a few weeks before testing again. I'm just curious what others have experienced.
