Breast milk storage????

Question

So im confused and have googled the crap out of this question... but nothing that makes sense.

My question is .. if i pump milk and then store it in the fridge, if not heated but warmed up by room temperature... how long is it good for at room temperature? Or if thats not okay what do i do. Thanks a ton ladies

If you deep freeze it, it's good for a year. In a regular freezer, 6 months. In the fridge, 7 days. Warmed but not used, 4 hours. Warmed by room temp, about 6 hours.

Freshly expressed can be out for up to 6 hours and still be good
Refrigerated is good for 2 to 5 days
Frozen is good for up to 6 months

Once you chill it and then warm it you need to use it within a couple hours. Do not chill again.
