trying to conceive , ASAP

I'm trying to conceive and have been for the past 6 months. I haven't had ANY luck. But I've never tracked my fertility until recently. What's the chances of getting pregnant when you're ovulating? Also, my ovulation day is Friday and we're trying for the first OFFICAL time. What can I do to make my fertility enhanced? And what are tips each of you would suggest on getting pregnant easier? Sorry for all the questions, I just can't wait to hold my bundle of Joy, no matter how long it takes! ❤
