Lap Baby 😣 Someone Help!

So my in-laws came to town and did nothing but hold my 3 week old for 10 days straight...now with them gone and my husband back to work I'm currently on an 8 hr streak of not being able to put her down.  Even if I lay her down for a second to go to the bathroom she screams like someone is hurting her.  Then she's fine as soon as I come pick her up.  Any suggestions on how to break this...I can't hold her 24/7 😩😩😩
