Ladies, stupid question, love my boyfriend dearly but he has a beard. No issue with the beard but I'm starting to breakout really badly around my mouth and chin, have any of you had an issue with this.

I have brought it up with him but he insists that it's not caused by the beard. He works in the city so I'm wondering if the simple solution would just be for him to wash his beard when he gets home to get rid of city 'germs' picked up from the underground trains etc.

Idk it's just stressing me out. I'd never ask.him to shave it off but the breakouts are bothering me massively as my skin has always been mostly okayy.
