Does anyone get hot flashes? I'm only 23 and they seem to come and go

Me too! I would get mine at night often while I was on my period (but not always). My doctor thought it might be hormones (so maybe get yours checked), but it wasn't, so then she decided to just call it anxiety and told me to track it (so maybe see if you have any triggers for your hot flashes?).

All the time, out of curiosity do you have diabetes.

I only ask because mine seemed to be linked to this.

Well and hormonal changes. May be worth seeing if it's linked to your cycle
