I'm super shy and I have bad anxiety so I apologize like every 5 minutes..

I don't use pain as an excuse for bad behavior, so no.

I'm a total bitch while on my period so yeah, constantly

Yes because it clashes horribly with my PD (so it's a lot more than pain) and the symptoms of that just go through the roof so i end up accusing someone of plotting against me or something monthly😆

I feel terrible about it and apologise until I go blue but luckily for me the people around me know what's happening.

Hopefully it wont always be this way but right now it is😅
