Mastitis??

Ok this is probably the strangest thing I've had. Today is ovulation day, and usually after ovulation, that progesterone rise makes my boobs sore and stuff. So when I started feeling some breast sensitivity today, I didn't think much of it until I was getting undressed for a shower, and I have a small patch of red skin above my nipple, and it is warm and sensitive to touch. Everything I've seen looks like mastitis, buttttttt..... I'm not pregnant. I've never been pregnant. (God-willing, that will change soon, but I ovulated today, so that can't be it.). This is just so strange! Anyone else have something similar that would make more sense than mastitis?
