Moms with 2+

I just gave birth to my second 5 days ago and have been breastfeeding a pumping to suppliment because my baby is LGA snd jaundice. Now that we're home it had become so difficult because I'm also caring for my very energetic 16 month old. How can I do it? When I'm trying to feed my son or pump my oldest is either trying to get in my lap or she's doing something dangerous. 2 under 2 is stressful enough... has anyone been in a similar situation? Any advice?
