Why would my milk supply drop PLEASE HELP MR

Well why would cause my milk supply drop and how can i ingress it i have twin baby boys who is 2 weeks and 1 day old but I'm pumping for them because they are premature and in nicu and i just feel like I'm failing them because this is like the second time they had to be given formala and I really don't want them to have that but I understand when they are on it but i still need advise for increasing my milk supply PLEASE HELP ME thank u

Make sure you're eating healthy and getting enough calories. Drink lots of water and pump as often as possible. Pumping more often will increase your supply more so than anything else.

Pump pump and pump some more. Every 2 hours around the clock. I'd honestly stay away from herbs, they can kill your supply for some people and it's really not worth the risk in my opinion especially this early on. Good luck!

Take fenugreek and blessed thistle 3 capsules each 3x a day. Drink lots of water, make sure you're eating 3 solid meals a day and at least two snacks. Have oatmeal for breakfast with real oats or put them in a smoothie with flaxseed. You can try power pumping to simulate a newborn cluster feeding and I would pump every 1.5-2 hours. Make sure you're getting some sleep and try not to stress but I know it's hard having baby's in the nicu. You're doing great mama! Also, I know this might be a tough question but are you able to do skin to skin with them? This is great for your babies but also for your stress levels and milk production.
