Good diet?
I'm 195.6 lbs... and 5'6. I had a baby 5 months ago, I'm now more serious about loosing weight because I was 140 before the baby... I don't want to be 200lbs.. if my diet consists of, eggs, veggies, red meat, potatoes, & fruits, and than I run w/ my daughter (jogging stroller), do some jump rope, & than run on my exercise bike for 15 minutes will I be successful? Btw sometimes I don't have time to exercise.
