Has anyone else DROPPED?

I don't have any pics that really show before, but I felt my body change a few days ago and posted about relaxin. People had said I looked like I had dropped. Well on Friday my doctor said her head was really low. And today I've been in so much pain and just felt weird. My mom mentioned again how low my belly looks. I'm 30 weeks and 3 days. Is it normal to drop so early? My doctor already doesn't think I'll make it to my due date, I just didn't expect for her to drop so low so early.
