quickest cure for constipation

If anybody is feeling particularly backed up I'd recommend eating at Denny's 😵 I hadn't been able to go for 4 or 5 days but last night my hubby and I had some late night cravings for diner grub so I got a chicken philly melt with some fries. This morning I woke up with a sense of urgency and have been in and out of the loo at least five times just for number 2s. Much quicker (and tastier) than miralax 😂
