Pain, anyone?!

I have had bad abdominal and back pains all night. I was in the middle of what I thought was a BH and really thought I had to poop. Sat on the toilet for a while and nothing happened. I am so uncomfortable. My husband is at work. I would love tylenol pm right now. Don't know if this is early labor or what.
