Does it take longer for preemie babies to learn to do things slower?? I'm little girl was preemie and she's 7 months and she's not trying to talk or hold her own bottle. I've saw friends who babies was born after my daughter already doing these things. I didn't know if this was normal or if my daughter was a slower learner
