termites

We have been living in our apartment for almost a year now. We noticed quite a few issues though. We have mold in our bathroom (we don't have a window and the little fan thing doesn't do anything) we have holes in our walls and termites dust. This morning as I was making breakfast for my husband I noticed a long bug flying around and it landed and it was a freaken termite. We asked our management several times to deal with this crap and they don't do anything! Is it ok to bring my newborn baby home when the termites don't go away? Or should we ask to be placed in another apartment as our lease is almost up. I need advice on this thanks
