cleaning baby rolls

 

I bath my baby 2 times a week (sometimes more if he has a big poopy mess) not more than that cause his skin dries out very easily. Anyways he's starting to get chunky had has a double chin lol I clean out the rolls under his neck every morning and night cause he's a sloppy eater but somehow it still manages to have a little stink and it's getting a little red. Any suggestions on how to help prevent this? I haven't put anything (ointments or anything) under there cause I don't know if that will make it worse. It's not awful, I just don't want it to get worse.
