Let's talk real weight loss

I see so many posts of body transformations, and they are so inspiring, until I ask the question "what did you do?". Then I get the unsettling answer, I used "so-and-so weight loss product and it really worked!" People! Women! Come on. One, it's a money gimmick, and yes some do lose some weight on it. I am even guilty of it, I tried plexus when it was all the rage and because of it, it caused severe anxiety and irregular heart rhythms, which according to my doctor is a common complaint. It has been proven over and over, that weight loss supplements are not healthy, are insanely expensive, and in the long run will not work. What is so wrong with eating healthy, exercising and naturally taking care of your body? All these "natural" supplements have not been tested, have no clue what they are going to do to your body. Doesn't that scare you? Well after my pregnancy (wasn't small at the start of it), I was 5'9 and 281 pounds. Because of my weight, I dealt with severe pre-eclampsia and was induced, my blood pressure post parting was in the 160/90's, I have a fatty liver and my gallbladder is full of stones and causing severe pain and will now be removed. What did I have to do but to change my life to make myself healthy, not only for me, but form my daughter, my husband. I immediately went to the store and made a change that I have followed for a month and it has been so good to me, I will never go back. Some of the diet is restricted from the gallbladder, but here is some of the things I've done: I dropped my calories from god knows what to 1600-1900 calories a day (yes I'm breastfeeding exclusively, find out what your calorie intake should be for your weight and height), I drink 144 oz of water (a little over a gallon) all day (12am-12pm) with fresh squeezed lemon (ladies water melts fat off, makes your feel alert and hydrates your body and lemon cleanses your blood, liver and kidneys, detoxifies you and burns fat at a faster rate), I cut out bread, flour, dairy, meat, eggs, oils (except olive oil in moderation) and sugar. I eat tons of fish, seafood, whole grains, oats, fresh fruit and fresh veggies all day. I walk/job 2.5 miles every day, it takes 40 min and I do it with my daughter, find the time, I know it's hard, this is your life we are talking about! I use resistance bands for exercise and my daughters play mat for other activities while she plays. I start eating around 8/9 am, about an hour or two after I get up and do not eat no matter what after 7pm. Ladies, weight loss and a healthy life style is not easy! It doesn't happen fast and it's tough to keep up with. I am a month in and I've lost 18 pounds, I feel happy,  clear and alert. My skin has cleared up and isn't oily anymore. I have more energy than ever. I sleep sounder ( when my daughter lets me sleep) and I just feel good about myself. It takes hard work to see real results. There are no magic pills ladies. Good luck with your journeys and great job on all your hard work! This is your life we are talking about, isn't it worth it?
*i am in no way trying to offend people who try weight loss products, just attempting to encourage natural healthy weightloss*
First picture 2/15/17 was before I even started dieting or thought about it. On 2/23/17 I had a gallbladder attack that led to the realization that something had to change. Changes weren't made until 2/24/17. 2/15/17 at 281 and 3/21/17 at 263.
