took my virginity

So I'm young, I'm 16 and I recently lost my virginity to this guy I loved(no we weren't dating) but he said he would stay in my life and not leave me, we continued seeing each other and then he decided to end things on terms where we don't even talk anymore. I'm seriously upset and I feel like shit, any advice and what I can do or how to get over him.
