My poor baby!!

So 20 days into breastfeeding and we were doing so good. But I think we have thrush.. It doesn't hurt when she feeds normally but now it's painful for her to latch but then just normal tugging. Her tongue is all white and it doesn't come off with a wet clothes. She's also been off and on feeding since 530 and is completely unsatisfied if she's not on the boob. Calling her pediatrician in the morning but does anyone have any advice on how to help her get through the night. She's been so unhappy today not like her normal calm self all she's doing is crying the second I try to burp her or hold her anyone other way ... I feel horrible 😢😢😢😢
