spit up

I know all babies are different, but I was wondering, when do they stop spitting up? My baby boy is going on 5 months and spits up all day everyday!!! He takes enfamil ar, but it doesn't work for him. Dr said he is fine because he's gaining weight and he's healthy so there's nothing to worry about. It's just so annoying that he does it all day. I go through so many bibs and clothes everyday that I have to wash his clothes 2-3 times a week and he has ALOT of clothes! I just can't wait till it stops 😭
