He shows no affection and it's driving me nuts!!!

My SO use to be all over me but now he barely pays me any attention. I am the affectionate type so I love cuddling and kissing. We haven't had sex in weeks which is not a big deal but I still like to be held sometimes. I asked him to hold me the other night and he didn't. I even sent a cute text asking for an appointment at 9pm to just cuddle and he ignored it. How do I bring this to his attention that it's bothering me?
