blood work and doctor

I definitely need to be put on thyroid medications. I see my fertility specialist Monday for my last fertility test (to check uterine lining). But the consult to go over all of the tests isn't until April 5th. All other tests are normal. Should I ask the doctor on Monday to prescribe me something? I don't want to act like a know it all especially if the doctor didn't even review the results yet
