I had paraguard and this was an issue for me too. I was forever ashamed. Found out it was normal.

Yes this is normal. I used to have morena and the same symptoms happened to me eventually TOM (time of month) never visited me anymore , I had it in for less than a year and it caused my body to form cysts on each of my ovaries so I had an emergency removal due to all the pain I was having.
