Did I have a miscarriage or is this normal?

My boyfriend and I just recently started having sex & the last time was about 3 weeks ago. I was supposed to start my period on the 17th but it started on the 20th so I started my first BC pill that same day. However, my period stopped later that night & didn't come back until later in the day on the 21st then went away again until the 23rd. It still spotted until today (25th), it was just light but steady. For about 3-4 hours tonight I had cramps so bad I nearly puked & ibuprofen didn't work at all. I finally checked my underwear & saw this.
