BREAST TLC: Keep a record

Ev

Who can remember what they had for lunch yesterday, let alone what their breasts felt like 3 weeks ago?

This might feel silly, but drawing two circles on a piece of paper may be your lifesaver. Keeping a written diagram and marking down where you feel a change (and the date) can help you keep track of any weirdness. If you aren’t confident in your art skills, setting a reminder on your phone works, too!

Some things to watch out for: warmth, redness, nipple discharge, swelling, scaly sores or rash, soreness, change in size/shape, itching, bumps, or a lump. Check back in a few weeks. Is what you marked down still there? If so, it is time to call your doctor.
